Queensway Park Data Centre Campus
The Queensway Park Campus is situated in central Scotland conveniently located within easy travel distance of the Capital and approximately 30 minutes from Edinburgh’s International Airport.
Spread across an area of 12 acres, the campus comprises three strategically sized buildings providing a mixture of scalable co-location space and large single end user facilities totalling some 250,000 square feet. There is also scope for a bespoke building to client specification of up to 20MVA.
The campus offers carrier neutral and diversely routed high speed fibre in a secure facility built to meet or exceed the standards of EN50600 for building, power supply, environment, telecommunications, security and management. Highly efficient cooling systems will help achieve our target PUE rating of under 1.15.
Power to the entire campus is via a private wire connection to the adjacent RWE renewable energy plant with up to 50MVA available. This is provisioned through multiple paths to primary distribution equipment including diverse routes to two independent transformers for each building. Back up connections to the National Grid and of course a suitable number of COP generators ensure no single point of failure.
Our private wire connection to the RWE plant means we can operate a 100% green facility and enables us to offer energy cost savings of up to 25%.
